 Villa Angelina is a beautiful Istrian stone villa with a swimming pool, tennis court, and almost 2 hectares of garden with olive trees, fig trees, lavender, rosemary, and lovely Mediterranean plants.   The property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open kitchen, dining and living area. The living room and 2 bedrooms face the pool and olive trees. The villa is well furnished and equipped, including an LCD TV and wifi.Villa Angelina is a calm rural oasis close to the sea and Rovinj city centre. Swimming in the sea, biking the paths, boat tours, wine routes, hiking trails, the Limski fjord and many Istrian attractions are nearby. Bring your bathing suit, tennis racquets, and bikes.As there is a non-fenced pool right by the house, please note the youngest children we can accommodate should be seven years old and older, and everyone strong swimmers. We would prefer pets after discussion.

    “Nicht empfehlenswert Positiv: Ruhelage Negativ: Kontakt vor ort nicht zu verlässig spricht nur kroatisch fremde Leute kommen unangekündigt und ohne was zu sagen aufs Grundstück-das geht gar nicht. Im haus liegt eine Mappe mit preis auf der lag um 800 euro unter bezahlten preis-dazu muss man nichts mehr sagen. In Summe definitiv nicht empfehlenswert”
