The cozy cottage is located on the Zalew Szczeci?ski in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve Czarnocin.
The house with a living area of about 80 m² is located on a fenced 1,200 m² plot. The house consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The interior of the house is inspired by nature. The soothing colors and the use of natural materials have a positive effect on your well-being The house is child and pet friendly.
In addition, there is a large covered terrace with an area of about 24 m², equipped with quality garden furniture.
A large sandy beach is located about 500 m from the cottage, there you will also find ideal conditions for wind and kite surfing. The beach is child-friendly with shallow water and here you can watch unforgettable sunsets. In the summer months, the neighboring vacation camp "Frajda" offers windsurfing, sailing, climbing and rope courses, as well as bike rental. At a distance of about 1 km there is a nature reserve with a beautiful bike path running along the picturesque shore. By bike you can admire the nature and especially the abundance of water birds. The water canal (about 800 m from the house) is great for fishing. A second pet is welcome for an additional fee .
