BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a farmhouse located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in an unspoiled countryside and is located on a hill about 300 meters above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno nature reserve.
The apartment is self contained and is part of a large farmhouse with 5 apartments in total. It is located on the first floor - it can accommodate 6 people and is 150 sq m. You enter the living room with fireplace, sofa and satellite TV and table and chairs for dining, and you enter the kitchen (oven, gas with four burners, then the corridor leads to the bathroom with shower (toilet, sink and bidet), a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can become a double bed if required, a double bedroom - this room has a private bathroom with tub with shower (toilet, bidet and sink).
The apartment has its own outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Shared swimming pool (13x8 meters) equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. WI Fi Free in the common areas of the garden outside the apartment and games room. Large garden with barbecue. Games for children.
Travel cot and baby high chair available. The farmhouse can be reached by a country road of about 2.5 km. The location is quiet and the farmhouse is surrounded by nature. A restaurant is 2.5 km away. The nearest town is Acquapendente which is 11km away. where you can find shops, restaurants, hospital, bank, pharmacy etc ..)
