Surrounded by nature, in front of a rocky coastline, the House is ideal for a relaxing holiday and is the perfect starting point to visit Genoa, its famous Aquarium and its monuments, the outback and the slate quarries and for excursions to the Cinque Terre. The hills that descend to the sea offer walks on foot, by mountain-bike or on horseback. Summer in Moneglia is full of shows and gastronomic events.

    “Die Lage nahe oberhalb des Meeres ist wunderschön.
    Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles sehr schön aus. Nachdem wir aber den massiven Schimmelbefall im Schlafzimmer gesehen haben war für uns dieser Raum tabu. Alternative Schlafmöglichkeiten: Entweder direkt unter dem Dach, stickig heiss und ohne Frischluft und Klimaanlage oder auf der unbequemen Coach im Wohnzimmer. Definitiv nicht das, was wir gesucht haben.

    Vieles müsste repariert werden: Bei Benutzung des Backofens fliegt öfters die Haupt-Sicherung für die ganze Wohnung raus. Wäre kein Problem, wenn es einen Hinweis gäbe, wo die Sicherung zu finden ist. Selbst die Kontaktperson musste sich erst erkundigen um uns dann den Hinweis zu geben, wo sie (ausserhalb der Wohnung) zu finden ist.
    Auf der schönen Terrasse hat es einen Tisch mit schönem, neuem Sonnenschirm. Die Ratanlounge war notdürftig geflickt und mit unappetitlich Kissen bestückt. Es gab zwei Liegestühle: Der metallene komplett defekt und unbrauchbar. Der aus Plastik defekt, aber immerhin funktionstüchtig.”
