Three bedrooms, spacious 4 star holiday apartment with a large private terrace overlooking the green garden of a fully detached family house This spacious holiday apartment is convenient for a larger family or group. It is located in Dražice near the city Rijeka (Kvarner). The location is excellent for guests who prefer active vacations and relaxation: The Kvarner area is great for hiking, cycling, trails, riding, swimming. The most popular places to visit are Rijeka, Opatija, Crikvenica, and island Krk. Guests also like to visit Zagreb, Trst, Istra, NP Plitvice Lakes. Automotodrom Grobnik is 3 km is near to Apartment and sea is 7 km.



The holiday apartment is bright with a natural light and spacious. The owner lives in the other part of the house, but when you rent the holiday apartment, the whole outside area (garden, terrace) is for your private use. The apartment has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to five guests. It provides high comfort. The kitchen is fully fitted. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. A separate guest toilet complete with washing machine offers additional comfort.



For the owners, social interaction of the guests is important and they want guests to feel welcomed as a part of a happy, belonging community. Guest can use whole Holiday apartment with terrace veranda, balcony, garden, private parking and enjoy the facilities.


Around the apartment is plenty of space for children. Children can play free and nature is really beautiful. Also, our guests can use bikes to enjoy the nature of our community as Rijecina bays, walking routes, Kvarner etc.

For a group or company, there is a big garden table available, as a very good opportunity for barbecue and friendship.

The apartment is situated in the centre of place Dražice (near the city of Rijeka). Dražicce is the largest place in Municipality Jelenje. Everything that guest need is within his grasp. Close the apartment is the store, bank, ambulance, coffee shops, restaurants, bakers, post office, pharmacy. The apartment is in the mountains area famous by the name “Grobničke Alpe”, therefore it is very good for an active vacation and on the other hand only 15 min from the sea. Beautiful view from the house on our mountain peak (Hahlić 1100 m). Location of Apartment offers lots of different types of sports and activity like (hiking, cycling, running, skiing, trails, horse riding). Simple romantic walk by the River Rječina with its natural walkways and bays and our fresh woods will keep you relaxed. From river Rječina whole town Rijeka and one part surrounding regions have clean drinking water.
