Holiday apartments in a two-family house in Torre dell’Orso, near the beach and the sea
This two-family house is in Torre dell’Orso. The ground floor and first floor are let out as holiday apartments. The accommodation is a 7-minute walk from the beautiful beach.
The site includes a grill area with tables and chairs that can be used by guests at both apartments. A private section of garden is reserved for guests at the ground-floor apartment. Three free parking spaces are available on the site that is secured by a gate.
Torre dell’Orso is a seaside town in Salento, Marina di Melendugno, in Lecce province. It is characterised by a long, fine sandy beach. The sea is clean and clear. Even in summer you can enjoy fresh and airy days here. Owing to these qualities, the beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag. There is a bus stop in front of the accommodation with connections to and from Lecce and in summer there are free beaches. It is 10km to the town centre of Otranto, where there is the easternmost point of Italy and is therefore also known as the gateway to the orient. It is 20km to Lecce. The town is also called the Florence of Puglia or the capital of baroque, owing to its beautiful churches and palaces, with regional stone fronts with floral adornments, delighting tourists all year round.

Confortevole e accogliente appartamento al piano terra di 80 mq, in zona tranquilla, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dal centro cittadino. E’ indicato per famiglia con bambini e persone con disabilità motorie poiché privo di gradini. Ha un ingresso indipendente per garantire la massima privacy.
L’ampio e comodo soggiorno (dotato di un divano letto a 1 piazza e mezzo) fa da ingresso all’appartamento e conduce a un’ampia camera che può ospitare fino a un massimo di tre persone. Attraverso un piccolo disimpegno (dotato di condizionatore) si accede al resto della casa: una stanza da letto matrimoniale (con un letto a due piazze e un armadio a 3 ante), un ampio bagno (con box doccia) e una funzionale cucina abitabile (con piano cottura, frigorifero, forno, stoviglie). Completa l’appartamento un grande giardino coperto con angolo lavanderia e veranda. In comune con il piano di sopra, un angolo barbecue per gustose grigliate. Nel giardino antistante è possibile parcheggiare un'auto

Pasticceria, rosticceria e ristorazione a 500 m. Dal centro turistico di Otranto dista circa 10 km. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche una fermata dell'autobus che permette di raggiungere le spiagge vicine, la città di Lecce e quella di Otranto.
