    “Wohnraum: Tischplatte beschädigt, keine Tischdecken vorhanden. Stühle, Sessel und Sofa teilweise beschädigt und dadurch Unfallquellen. Teppich zerschlissen und Stolperfallen. In allen Räumen liegende Läufer sind Stolperfallen. Auslegware im Schlafraum stark verschmutzt.
    Der Schrank in der Dusche behindert das Öffnen der Türen. In der Toilette feht ein Handwaschbecken.
    Das Grundstück macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck, nicht nur, weil auf der Treppe zur Haustür Unkraut wächst.
    Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht relevant. Wir erwarten einen entsprechenden Preisnachlaß und hoffen auf eine Einigung ohne Rechstanwalt.
