Private: terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, boules, pergola (10 m2), terrace, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Pignans" 4 km, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 35 km, bathing lake "Lac de Carcès" 27 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
