The house is located in a very quiet detached location on a 520 sqm south-facing slope plot in the vacation park Vorauf near Siegsdorf, Inzell and Ruhpolding and offers due to its location an ideal starting position for a variety of activities. In the vacation park there are tennis courts, a children's playground and football field, skating and basketball court and in winter a cross-country ski trail.In addition to numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, you have a central starting point for attractive excursions to Lake Chiemsee, Lake Waginger, Königssee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden as well as short distances for skiing and cross-country skiing or wonderful cycling and mountain hikes.Please note that our vacation home is only available for vacation guests and not for workers.Electricity (day 0,60 EUR/Kwh, night 0,53 EUR/Kwh) and water (4,50 EUR/sqm) are charged according to consumption as per meter reading. On request bed linen (9,00 EUR per person) and towels (2,50 EUR per person) can be rented. A deposit of 200,00 EUR is to be paid in advance for the settlement of the additional costs. The rest will be paid back at departure.

The cottage has a large south-facing balcony with awning, about 88 square meters of living space and is equipped for a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms (first floor with double bed, upstairs 1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom and a cozy furnished living room with adjoining kitchenette. WLAN, TV with satellite connection, stereo, DVD player, telephone, dishwasher, E-night storage heater and all necessary kitchen appliances are available, so you do not have to bring anything except bed linen and towels. However, you can get these on request for a fee. Please note that our vacation home is only available for vacation guests and not for workers.Electricity and water are charged according to meter reading.
