This listed Kellerstöckl will amaze you. After the quaint exterior, with the thatched roof typical for this region, the modern and very comfortable interior of this delightful vacation home will surprise you. In 2019, this Kellerstöckl was fundamentally renovated and modernized. Pure romance promises the open bedroom, under the thatched roof, which is accessible via a ladder. Two more very comfortable sofa beds offer enough space for a restful sleep on the ground floor. The specially made bed linen in "blue print" already suggests that the homeowner attaches great importance to authenticity coupled with modernity. This is also reflected in the furnishings. In the cozy little kitchen a wonderful breakfast can be conjured up and the evening you can end comfortably with a barbecue and a glass of wine from the immediate vicinity. Especially the charming garden with its spacious wine arbor invites you to linger. On hot summer days, the natural bathing paradise Burg, only 10 km away, offers cooling. The thermal spas of Stegersbach and Bad Tatzmannsdorf are easily accessible by car in 30 minutes. Oberwart, an up-and-coming, inviting shopping town, is also only half an hour's drive away. Please note that the door floor height is only 1,42 m.
