Cozy terraced house in a characteristic stone village in the Garfagnana region, a mountainous area with many attractions for sports, hiking and art lovers! In the nearby area youy can make beautiful walks in the woods, along streams and visit caves (Grotta del Vento), go rafting and canyoning along the Turrite and Lima torrents, visit castles and fortresses of which the Verrucole fortress also offers shows and themed exhibitions. There are numerous culinary, musical and entertainment events and markets in the surrounding areas. Worth visiting are Castelnuovo della Garfagnana and Barga. Going downhill you find Lucca at about 35 km distance, with its beautiful walls and monuments, and the beaches of Viareggio (50 km). Pellet heating.
