This charming and comfortable two bedroom holiday home has been constructed in a typical Breton style and is nestled on the Goëlo Coast between the towns of Paimpol and Plouha. It boasts a beautiful garden and an 18 sqm terrace. Inside, the house includes an open-plan kitchen and living area and a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as an open-gallery which leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. The property is located close to Bréhec, which is home to a pretty sandy beach. Paimpol is just 9km away and is home to painting exhibitions, friendly pedestrianised streets, regular concerts, a bustling Tuesday market and regular events, such as the maritime festival of singing sailors (Festival of the Chants de Marins) and regattas. The Abbey of Notre Dame de Beauport is only a few kilometers away.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön und ist von einem großen schönen Garten umgeben. Wir haben uns da sehr wohlgefühlt.
    Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
    Die Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.
    In der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, nur die Kochtöpfe könnten mehr und in einem besseren Zustand sein.
    Über dem großen Esstisch fehlt eine Lampe, hier ist es zu dunkel.”
