Set in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux, this apartment benefits of panoramic views over the sea. Very bright thanks to its large windows, the balcony is an ideal place to relax whilst enjoying the view. The interior is modern and offers all the comfort necessary for a successful holiday. Only 200m away is a small beach of sand and gravel. The beach of the Casino is only 700m away; there you will find clubs with pool and playground for children. At the other end of the beach is a sea water swimming pool. St-Quay-Portrieux is a pleasant town where you can walk along the marina and eat in its restaurants and creperies which serve local specialties such as seafood platters, Breton pancakes & cider. At 2 km, the Plage de la Comtesse is also very popular with holidaymakers. Visits nearby: the towns of Paimpol (26 km) & Saint-Brieuc (21 km), the Abbey of Beauport (23 km), the Temple of Lanleff (18 km), the Chapel of Kermaria (12 km). Activities: Equestrian Center of Plouha (7 km), Zooparc of Tregomeur (13 km), High Rope Course Climbing of Morieux (37 km).
