The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1985, renovated in 2016 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Tinjan, 250 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 5100 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Poreč, one of Istria's most renowned tourist destinations, manages to balance the authentic charm of a small coastal town full of great historical sites with the benefits and exciting features that modern and active travelers expect.
