This lovely Villa only 500 metres from Cala Pi secluded beach is an ideal location for a family holiday.


Close by you have stunning cliff top walks and plenty of restaurants and bars.  You will also find a little supermarket with a fresh bakery ideal for breakfasts.


The Villa is spacious and comfortable.  Outside is the pool area surounded by a terrace with sunbeds, a real sun trap!


There is a porched area with a dining table an ideal place to cool off.


The porch leads into the lounge diner kitchen area which is open plan, nice bright and spacious with everything you need to enjoy your day at hand.


Upstairs you have the bedrooms with aircon and a lovely bathroom.


The location is quiete and safe for kids.


Comfortable pool area for both adults and kids with a shady porch for al "fresco" dining.  Sunbeds for the whole family surrounding the pool


The interior comprises of spacious living areas and bedrooms with fresh modern furnishings making the most of the views.


Downstairs an open plan lounge kitchen and dining area and the bedrooms on the first floor.


A quiete location and close to the beach, cliff top walks and a variety of bars and restaurants nearby.


Great for family holidays.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 


The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  


BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 


The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 


A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 


The price includes all water and 300kw electricity costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  


'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   


The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  


Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   


The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 


It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Das Haus ist unseres Erachtens etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Kleiderschränke haben sehr muffig gerochen und waren etwas marode. Die Betten sind nur für kleine Leute geeignet, wir hatten Probleme mit der Länge. Ebenso könnten die sanitären Anlagen mal überarbeitet werden. Kleinere Blessuren im Küchenbereich haben wir direkt bei der Anreise bekannt gegeben. Die Couch im Wohnbereich könnte durchaus auch mal ersetzt werden, sie ist sehr durchgesessen und nicht für rückengeplagte Personen geeignet. Positiv war ganz klar der Pool und der komplette Außenbereich. Ebenso sind die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen absolut positiv zu bewerten.
