Villa Holland is a high quality, recently reformed villa in the prestigious location of front line Puerto Pollensa. The villa has undisturbed views of the sea and beach which makes this property a very special place to spend your holidays.



Entering through gates into a private courtyard with parking sufficient for 3 cars, you will find an open terrace with ping pong table and stairs to the upper terrace.

Through the main entrance door there is a wonderful open plan area with large patio doors giving an abundance of light to this area. The living area is modern and comfortable with large sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and WiFi available. There is air conditioning throughout the house. On from the living area is the dining kitchen with stylish table and chairs. The kitchen is also open plan and very well equipped. There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker with electric hob, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There are ample work spaces and in addition a utility room to the side of the kitchen is home to a further fridge freezer and washing machine.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all en suite. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and an ample en suite shower room. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, fitted wardrobes and is an ideal family room with an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and an en suite walk in shower.

Taking the staircase to the upper level, there are two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower. This villa offers a second full kitchen with living area, ideal for larger parties travelling together. Stepping out onto the terrace there are uninterrupted views to the beach and sea.



To the rear of the house is the swimming pool (6m x 4m), sun loungers, large covered terrace and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is an independent large barbecue for dining al fresco.

There is also an external shower room with shower, toilet and sink.



To the side of the house close to the parking area there are stairs which lead to the sun terrace which also has access to the upper floor and offers the most precious views of the sea. Uninterrupted views of the bay can be enjoyed while relaxing under the warm mallorcan sun. The amenities of Puerto Pollensa are all within easy walking distance.
