Lovely Holiday House in Simiane-La-Rotonde with Private Pool

France : Central Provence; between Mont Ventoux and the Luberon natural park. Even during high season, it remains very quiet. Perle.en.Provence is at 840 metres altitude resulting in : warm/hot during the day and cool evenings/nights. Picturesque village : Simiane-La-Rotonde Department: on the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence/Vaucluse border ; Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region

Ground floor: -Big kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges (with freezer), in the storage room: washing machine, iron and ironing board -Spacious dining room and lounge. A sofa bed offers sleeping space for 1 extra (10th) person. Present : Satellite TV -TV Vlaanderen, music system for GSM/tablet/PC, board games, WIFI, reading books for children and comics(NL). - bedroom (2p) - bathroom (shower + 2 washbasins) - separate toilet.Floor: - bedroom (2p) with shower & washbasin - bedroom (3X1p or 1p+2p) with shower & washbasin - separate toilet - bedroom (2p) with its own full bathroom. Air conditioning is not necessary: with its location at 840 metres cools it down to a pleasant temperature after a hot day so you can sleep well at night. There is heating on the ground floor, which is used for a week at most at the end of September to warm up in the evening if necessary.

    “Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes et nous y avons passé de superbes vacances Positiv: Maison très bien équipée, belle piscine, lieu très calme Negativ: On ne capte que les chaînes Belge”

    “Tolles, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus. Super gepflegt.Toll dass es 2 Kuehlschraenke gibt. Wir waren zwar nur 6 Personen, das Geschirr würde aber auf jeden Fall für ein größere Gruppe reichen. Kueche ist mit allem reichlich ausgestattet.Absolut kein Mangel an Tellern oder Gläsern, Kochgeschirr etc. Empfehlendswert ist allerdings das Mitbringen eigener
    Fleischmesser. Aber dies muß man eigentlich immer für alle Ferienhäuser empfehlen.
    Schade ist eigentlich, dass es direkt am Pool keinen Wasseranschluss zum Abduschen gibt und das Wasser erst zig Meter vom Anschluss an der Hauswand fliessen muß. Da es unter provencalischer Hitze oft kochend heiß ist, geht viel Wasser verloren, was in einer Region mit Wasserproblemen schade ist. Pool ohne Chlor ist eine tolle Sache
    Toll ist das große Gelände auf dem man sich richtig austoben kann .Für zwei energiegeladene "Halbwüchsige" das ideale Feriendomizil”
