Spacious Villa Malina with pool

Sabunike is a small tourist place that is extremely quiet and ideal for a vacation. The most beautiful part of Sabunike is certainly a large sandy beach and clear sea. The beach is located 700 m from the house. Market, bakery, fruit shop, exchange office, restaurant, cafes are located 400 m from the house.



Villa Malina is a beautiful villa that can accommodate 10 people. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all cooking utensils, living room. On the second floor there are also two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room. The whole house is air conditioned, fully covered with wifi and has free available parking for three cars. 


Villa Malina is an ideal house for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a nice holiday in a well-equipped house with everything you need.



The most beautiful part of this house is certainly its yard where there is a large pool with deck chairs available, grill with outdoor furniture and outdoor small kitchen.



The city of Zadar is 24 km away from Sabunike, and the romantic historic town Nin is only 5 km away.

    “Unser Urlaub in der Villa Malina war sehr schön.
    Die Gastgeber sehr gastfreundlich. Das Haus sehr sauber. Der Pool ein Traum, mit Beleuchtung nachts. Alle 2 Tage wurde der Pool gereinigt.
    Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, kein Straßenlärm oder sonstiges. Der Strand war ca 1,5 km entfernt, ein schöner Gehweg bis dort hin, wir sind immer zu Fuss und hatten Freude an der Aussicht. Am Strand, feiner Sandstrand das sehr selten in Kroatien ist, mein Sohn konnte wunderbar spielen und Sandburge bauen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
    Wir waren schon in mehreren Orten in Kroatien, aber Sabunika/privlaka hat uns am besten gefallen.”
