For your Summer Holidays in Calabria we offer you our apartments in the Residence De Grazia, surrounded by greenery with a spectacular view of an ancient pine forest consisting of domestic and maritime pines, fantastic for regenerating walks on foot and located about 200 meters from the beautiful white sand beach on the Ionian coast of the Gulf of Squillace, today known as the Costa degli Aranci, which can be easily reached on foot via a guided trail.

The structure has different types of solutions. - Holiday apartment with independent entrance located on the ground floor, equipped with veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside it is composed of a kitchen / living room with a sofa, three bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with both twin beds that can be placed side by side, two bathrooms with a shower (one of which is private in a bedroom with single beds). Equipment: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, one umbrella and two deck chairs.

Services: parking, outdoor shower. Final cleaning: € 50.00 per apartment, excluding crockery and hob charged to the customer, otherwise we will proceed to a charge of € 30.00. Bed linen and towels: optional € 50.00 per change, (for bathroom linen means a large towel, a medium and a small per person). Kitchen linen not provided.

Botricello is a Calabrian municipality located in the province of Catanzaro. The village consists of two sites: Upper Botricello which constitutes the ancient nucleus (the Historic Center) and Botricello (the Marina) near the coast. The main point of interest is the Parish Church, an ancient foundation that preserves numerous works by local artists. Rich in churches, in fact, in addition to the parish church, there are also: the Church of San Michele and Santissima Immacolata, which stands out for its bell tower with the clock, and the sanctuary of the Madonna di Pompei, patron saint of the village. Among the various noteworthy places Botricello is a candidate as a seaside resort with a long and welcoming beach, an ideal place for family vacations with children in tow, and thanks to good ventilation, an ideal place for those who love windsurfing and kitesurfing.
