Detached house of 275 m2 on two floors. The ground floor consists of living room , full kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The first floor consists of a second living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

The property is fenced , there is growing vegetables and fruits, sheep are grazing in the summer months.

The house is surrounded by gardens typical of the Mediterranean climate.

Each season of the year has an atmosphere characteristic according to the flowering of the different species.

Just in front of the house there is a garden of Mediterranean aromatic plants with a small sitting area as a reading corner or afternoon tea.

In the courtyard of the clastra there is a porch with an outside kitchen where you can practically spend all day and night outdoors.

In the middle of the gardens there is an 8x4m swimming pool. This pool does not use chlorine, but salt for its operation, so it is not aggressive for the skin and makes the bathroom more comfortable.

Near the pool there is a large solarium terrace equipped with hammocks and outdoor furniture, as well as a shower.

The terrace and the pool in the middle of the garden are the ideal place for rest and relaxation, to take care of nature, sunlight and disconnect.

Located 3 km from the town of Manacor , located in eastern Mallorca, is the second city in size and population of Mallorca .

It has 27 km of coastline and a rich inner landscape with an extensive range of cuisine from traditional Mallorcan to modern cuisine with their own wines grown up.

The house is located 15 km from the coast , where they have the possibility to enjoy the beach, swim in the coves, navigate its waters.
