Villa Cajmin - 5 minutes walk from the beach

Villa with a swimming pool 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, situated in a quiet residential area at the end of a private lane.

You will enjoy its terraces overlooking a still preserved green valley to have a swim or a drink while admiring the sunset.

This is an ideal rental place to spend holidays with your family or your friends.


It is a 400m walk to Cala Mendia beach, 800m to Cala Anguila, 200m to the costal path.

Supermakets, restaurants and a pharmacy are less than 300m away.

The town of Porto Cristo is 2km away and is equipped with hospital, harbour, shops, tourist sites...


You can have easy access to a wide range of entertainment from golf, tennis, horse riding, to scuba diving, surfing, boat rides, etc.



Detached house of 150 m2 on two floors accommodating up to 6 people.


On the ground floor there is a living - dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a porch.

On the first floor are one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom, a terrace and a porch.


Facilities: bedrooms with air conditioning, TV, WIFI, washing machine, safe, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, induction/ceramic hobs, iron and ironing board.

Cot and high chair available.

There is NO TV satelit.

Bed linen and towels provided, final cleaning included.


Non smoking house. Animals not allowed.



A 8x4m private pool overlooking the valley.

There are some hammocks and umbrellas near the pool.


A basement with a garage for 4 cars and a laundry.



There is two biclicles available for guests.

There is a pram that you can use if you have children.

There is a children's fence from the terrace to the pool area.



It is located close to Cala Mendia, so you can go walking to the beach.

Cala Mendia is a residential area with only one hotel there, so it is no crowded.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
