Welcome to our Villa "BLUE DREAM" at village Pisak in Croatia and become one of the numbers happy tourist with a memorable experience.BLUE DREAM is a modern, brand new luxury house with a perfect location and panoramic view.Only 200 m away from the beaches, village centre, restaurants, place to go out, grocery store.An only hour and 15 min from Split International airport (SPU)Villa is close to the beach, in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the town/village of Pisak with an amazing panoramic view.7 minutes away from the village centre with restaurants, grocery store, bakery, cafe and 3 beautiful beaches5 stars Villa with Panoramic View ower 3 islands, Infinity pool & Hot Tube, High Hygiene Standard, Private Parking and Close to the Beach. The ground floor is about 75 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed, terrace and jacuzzi, pool. Also, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining guest toilet. Upper flow content two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and terrace.
Terrace with garden furniture and sunshade /own balcony, grill/barbecue Pool/swimming pool for private use Parking possibilities. Property is detached /fenced / a terraced. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers.
Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road. Furthermore, there is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.
Guite neighbours, no other tourists houses next to. The beaches, town centre with its restaurants, supermarket and going out are about 200 metres away. Usually, it took some 7 min of walk. Our village has really good gastronomy with its restaurant and all the necessary things can be purchased in village. Cities nex to; - Firs bigger city next to us is the city of OMIŠ -15 minutes away. - UNESCO city of Split 45 minutes away. Nature attractions; - Cetina River with its famous adrenalin sports is only 20 minutes away by car. A professional agency can even collect you in front of the house, go to Rafting and return you at home. - Biokovo mountain, Nature Park - 45 minutes away. from its TOP the whole Dalmatia region is visible. - National Park Krka - 1h&30 minutes away.
