Cubo's Finca Colores de Alhaurin offers you the intimacy of a rural house without losing the opportunity to be less than ten minutes from the urban center of Alhaurín el Grande.



As soon as you enter the accommodation plot (fenced around its entire perimeter) you will see the privacy and tranquility that you will enjoy on your vacation. With a large covered parking area you can keep your vehicle safe.



The south orientation of the accommodation benefits it in its luminosity, from early in the morning you will have the light of the Costa del Sol. You will really enjoy those first hours having breakfast on the terrace of the accommodation or simply watching the sunrise.



This orientation is also taken advantage of by the pool and the incredible barbecue area, with unbeatable views. You will have many hours of sunshine to relax and enjoy a good swim or lie down in the hammock to feel the healing rays of the Sun.



The ten accommodation spaces are divided into two floors with independent entrances each.



IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE MAIN ACCOMMODATION IS THE ONE THAT IS OFFERED FOR 6 PLACES WITH 3 BEDROOMS AND A BATHROOM AND THE PLACES IN THE SECOND ACCOMMODATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 7TH TRAVELER.



The main accommodation at its entrance has a fully equipped American kitchen connected to the living room. A cozy, rustic and charming dining room. You will enjoy good times with your family in this space. Lunches, breakfasts or dinners will not be a problem, if you are missing an ingredient you have different food stores less than 10 minutes away by car where you can stock up.



The rooms are spacious and bright. You will have two rooms with single beds and one room with a double bed. All rooms have furniture or wardrobes to store your luggage in order.



The toilet in this main space is a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub.



AS YOU WILL SEE IN THE PHOTOS IN THE LIVING ROOM THERE IS A FIREPLACE. BUT IT IS NOT ENABLED FOR USE, IT IS ONLY DECORATIVE.



To solve the possible need to heat the environment, if you are staying in autumn or winter, you have an air conditioner with a heat pump in the living room that will also cool the environment in hotter seasons.
