Das HausOstseewelle liegt 150m vom Strand entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung 8 liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und hat einen Balkon. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer (kleines Ehebett 1,40 m x 2 m) und ein Wohn- Esszimmer mit einer Schlafcouch (1,40 m x 2 m). Die Küche ist im Wohnzimmer integriert, und ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Eierkocher, Küchengeräten, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Töpfen und einen Zweiflammen Ceranfeld ausgestattet. Die Küche hat keinen Backofen. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Radio und ein LCD-DVBT- TV. Maximal zwei Hunde sind erlaubt, ansonsten keine anderen Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus hat einen Stellplatz pro Ferienwohnung.
Bei der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner handelt es sich um Münzgeräte, die in der Waschküche für alle zur Benutzung zur Verfügung stehen.
Das HausOstseewelle liegt direkt am Kurpark, der Hundestrand und die Promenade sind jeweils ca. in 150m vom HausOstseewelle entfernt. Maximal zwei Hunde sind erlaubt. Ein griechisches, italienisches und ein chinesisches Lokal sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die ca. 2 km lange Promenade bietet diverse Lokalitäten, Shops, sowie ein Meerwasserbad mit Wellness, Sauna und Fitnessstudio, einen großen Spielplatz und einen Kinderhafen (ähnlich KiGa) auch für grössere Kinder interessant. Die fast 2 km lange Promenade hat alles was man zum Flanieren benötigt. Der Strand in Dahme ist 6,5 Km lang und in Richtung Norden kann man Stundenlangen am Strand spazieren gehen.
Für Jogger und Spaziergänger sind in Dahme ausgeschilderte Strecken vorhanden.
Bei dem Wäschepaket handelt es sich um folgendes: 1 Wäschepaket für 1 Person, bestehend aus 2 x Handtücher, 1 x Badetuch, 1 x Kopfkissen-, 1 x Bettbezug und 1 x Spannbettlaken.
