Lovely Holiday House in Rott with Private Parking and Mountain View

The house Sophie was built in 1995 in the Scandinavian style.It is located in a quiet area, on a slight hill, at the edge of the forest in the holiday park Extertal near Rinteln. Our house offers plenty of space for your vacation. The total size of the house is about 70 m². More than enough living space for five people, which in three bedrooms (1x double bed 2,00m x 1,80m (including TV), 1x double bed 2,00m x 1,60m, 1x single bed 2,00m x 0,90m) a lodging Find. They also have a new (2016) fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a lot of accessories. In addition to the new (2016) bathroom with rain shower, is the highlight: the sauna, which invites you to relax. The house has a cozy living room with new modern feel-good couch and stove, an inviting dining area and technical components such as: TV, DVD and stereo. The house has next to the fireplace also have electric radiators. In the living area and in the bathroom an electric underfloor heating is installed. In addition, we have installed in the bathroom an infrared heater, which gives you the feeling to stand in the sun. The stairs lead to the gallery upstairs. The holiday home has its own garden with terrace and seating. Here you can end the day or grill one or the other steak (grill available).
