Spacious Apartment in Ulrichsholz with Private Parking and Clear View

Noble vacation apartment for up to 5 people in a homey country house, very quiet and a sunny location surrounded by trees and meadows with a clear view to the mountains and direct access to many hiking trails. 1 combined bed- and living room with two single beds; 1 bedroom with one double bed and washing facility; kitchen completely equipped, with oven and ceramic stove top, refrigerator and coffee maker; bathroom, with shower and toilet. Color television and two balkonies. Every bedroom is equipped with country furniture and gives comfortable seating-accomodations. You can relax and enjoy yourself in the spacious apartment, on your own two balconies or even on the large veranda. In the storage room close to the parking spaces you can put up your skis and pieces of sports equipment and in the wintertime you dry your ski boots and clothes.     “Negativ: Es gab keinen Bäcker. Die nächste Bäckerei befand sich in Inzell 10 KM entfernt.

    Die Ausstatuung der Wohnung war sehr einfach und alt.Die Teppichböden waren stak verschmuzt.Die Wohnung hatte ein sehr muffigen, feuchten Geruch.
    Die Sanitären Anlagen waren in in einem alten und unsauberen Zustand.”

    “Sehr geehrter Herr Zahm,

    vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung zu unserem Feriendomizil.
    Wir bedauern, dass die Wohnung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist, verfügt diese nicht über eine moderne Einrichtung, sondern ist traditionell mit Voglauer Bauernmöbeln eingerichtet. Unsere Gäste schätzen bei ihrem Aufenthalt Ruhe und Erholung in dieser individuellen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre.
    Vor jeder Anreise neuer Gäste wird die Wohnung selbstverständlich gereinigt. Leider hinterlassen manche Feriengäste- auch zu unserem Ärger- Verschmutzungen, die sich u.a. von einfarbigen Textilböden nicht mehr entfernen lassen.
    Leider gibt es derzeit keinen Bäcker im Ort, was wir unseren Gästen in Vorbereitung der Anreise mitteilen. Dieser Hinweis wurde nun auch in der Beschreibung noch einmal ergänzt.

    Wir hoffen, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns dennoch genießen konnten und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen
