Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Altwarp mit Grill

Wir bieten Ihnen einen sehr komfortablen Ferienbungalow in Altwarp direkt am Stettiner Haff an. Totalsanierung 2007. Der Ferienbungalow liegt ca. 500m vom Hafen entfernt, der Warper See ist nur 600m entfernt, der wunderschöne Naturstrand ist 300m entfernt der Bungalow liegt direkt am Altwarper Nachtigallwäldchen. Die Binnendünen grenzen unmittelbar an. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und nach neustem Standard eingerichtet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem schönen Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer, einer kleinen Küche und einem Bad-eine separate Terrasse in maritimen Flair, mit Grill und Gartenmöbeln, steht Ihnen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.Es stehen Ihnen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die sie nutzen können.Der Bungalow wurde im Winter 2016/2017 wieder modernisiert und renoviert, Küche und Wohnzimmer sind erneuert worden.

Ortsbeschreibung : Die schöne Ferienwohnung befindet sich im nordöstlichsten Ort Deutschlands – dem Fischerdorf Altwarp. Maximal 5 Min. benötigt man bis zum Haffstrand oder an den Altwarper See. Das nahegelegene Naturschutzgebiet mit reichhaltiger Flora und Fauna lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitparks.
Und noch was ganz besonderes: Der Vermieter ist ein ortsansässiger Fischer und wenn sie mal Lust haben ganz früh aufzustehen, nimmt er sie gerne mit zum Fischen.
