On the seafront, overlooking the Jandía beach, in Morro Jable (Fuerteventura). Studio apartment for 2/4 people, equipped and furnished with WIFI / WLAN, HD TV with national and international channels, sofa bed, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, tower fan, dryer, cot and others. Lifts, specifically three, to make it more comfortable to transport suitcases, shopping. At the exit of the complex, there are supermarkets, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, shops. Great boardwalk. Sports. Notes on accommodation. The apartments are spacious and bright rooms. The terraces are south facing. The accommodation is suitable for children and the elderly. The apartments are easily accessible by elevator. There are community swimming pools (adult and children) and a solarium area, with hammocks, umbrellas. A games room and breakfast and dinner can be taken in the restaurant. There is a 24 hour reception. Accessibility There is wheelchair access to the apartments and throughout the complex, as well as outside. The exterior pavement with ramps for wheelchairs, strollers, etc. The route to the beach is flat at surface level, so even access to the beach is possible in a wheelchair. You can rent a car from the airport or locally to explore the entire island (4x4 recommended!) Outside the Complex. Palm Garden has a community pool and a toddler pool with loungers and a poolside restaurant. There is a bar and games room. The lobby has Internet access and public telephones. At street level there is a row of shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Supermarkets and medical centers are also very close. The fishing village of Morro Jable is about a 20-minute walk away. The great beach promenade also features an adorable array of restaurants. The local food is fantastic. It has banks, post office and the police station, as well as a large supermarket and laundry. Coast / Beach The (start of) beach is just a short 100 meter walk from the apartment building. Sun loungers and parasols can be rented at regular intervals along the beaches, where there are also occasional beach bars to relax, listen to music, with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes. Beach. The beach is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and there are diving schools very close. Other activities available include fishing, diving, sailing, tennis, golf, boat trips, visits to other islands by boat, bicycle, camel riding, mountain biking, tricycle cycling, cross-country biking, jet skis, botanical gardens , zoo (the largest and most complete of all the Canary Islands) and walking. Fuerteventura has a very relaxing volcanic landscape. Distances Morro Jable is the closest town. It takes about 20 minutes on foot, along the beach or along the promenade. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a bus to get there. It is a town with good restaurants along the coast.
