New Country House with a own private Swimmingpool and Internet, situated  in a big Estate , between Can Picafort and Santa Margarita, with Car 5 Minuts away from the nice and long Beach of Can Picafort. In Can Picafort you can find a nice Port, there are many Bars, Restaurants and Shops. The accommodation spreads across two floors, featuring a total 200 m² of living space. The ground floor hosts the four bedrooms, and two bathrooms with a shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. All four bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The kitchen includes electric cooker, oven, dish washer, microwave, fridge complete with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and tableware for eight persons. The living room has a sofa, chairs and a television with satellite receiver. An external staircase leads to the upper floor which features one more living room with access to the roof terrace. Internet access is available throughout the house. If required, an additional bed for a child and a highchair can be made available.

The land around the house is fully fenced in and boasts its own garden equipped with garden furniture, sun shade, hammocks, a barbecue, and a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Plenty of parking space is also available. Since this holiday cottage is situated on farmland, you have an opportunity to say hallo to all your neighbours: chickens, sheep and pigs.

The holiday cottages is only a 5 km distance from the village of Can Picafort where you find a beautiful beach and supermarkets, petrol stations, bars, restaurants, pubs, clubs, pharmacies, etc.
