Welcome to our home in Perigord where its typical old stone houses. Its farmhouses are located in a private ground of 18 acres with a magnificent panoramic view. Its unique setting gives the property an air of total peace in a very private world.Beautifully restored, the ancient barn is an easily managed spacious and modern house set in an charming and peaceful aera; a relaxing place to visit the region. you are the only tenant on the property.Walking in the woods and grasslands of the property or just relaxing by the pool, you can enjoy the unique view on the old typical Perigordian village of Cause de Clérans. From the terrace, you can observe the village‘s old 12th century church and the beautiful panorama over the surrounding countryside. Every evening, the sunset on the church and the village is quite enjoyable. You can walk around the 18 acres land through pathways to reach the pond and observe animals tracks. The flowery terrace with palm trees is surrounding the pool, ideal for sunbathing, dining al fresco or watching the sunset with an evening aperitif.The house is decorated with a mix of modern and traditional French country style furniture that matches with the quiet surrounding landscape.
