Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Milina

Lage: Das Haus befindet sich fast am Rande des Dorfes Milina gegenüber der unbewohnten Insel Alatas und nur 30 m vom Badestrand, der durch die Ortsstraße getrennt wird. Milina ist das Tor zum Süd- und Südost-Pilion. Von Milina aus können Sie Richtung Osten Platanias und Mikro wie auch Katigiorgis erreichen und Richtung Süden erreichen Sie Trikeri, Agia Kyriaki und die kleine bewohnte Insel Trikeri. Ein Ausflug dorthin ist empfehlenswert.




Ein Studio für 2-3 Personen im EG Nr. 3 ca. 39 qm + 16 qm Veranda:

Dieses Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoß auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Es besteht aus einem Wohnschlafraum (ca. 39 qm) mit einem Doppelbett und einem ausziehbaren Schlafcouch für zwei Kinder oder einen Erwachsenen. Es verfügt über eine Küchenecke mit Esstisch, Dusche/WC, eine Veranda (ca. 16 qm) mit Gartenmöbeln und mit Gartenblick.

Reinigung: Die Reinigung findet jeden 4. Tag statt.

Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel: jeden 4. Tag und nach Bedarf auch früher. 



Parking: direkt vor dem Haus oder ganz Nah am Haus (auf der Strasse)

Strand: direkt vor dem Haus Sand-Kiesstrand (ca. 30 m). Natürlich in der umliegenden Umgebung finden Sie viele kleine Buchten und Strände mit klarem Wasser.

Das Haus verfügt für seine Gäste Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme.



Sehr Nah am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um Süd-Pilion zu erkunden.



Unterhaltungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Ganz in der Nähe und entlang der Promenade finden Sie schöne Tavernen, Cafes, Restaurants, traditionelle Ouzo-Tavernen und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. In Milina findet man auch viele Bioprodukten. Man kann in Milina auch kleine Motorboote mieten.
