New house " Villa Amare" 2016 with perfect sea view

For all the nature lovers, there is a “Villa Amare”, right choice for you perfect holidays. The owners did their best to satisfy your need to be surrounded by nature. They built a house in the heart of olive groves, surrounded by lavender and rosemaryThe house consists of three levels:On the ground floor there is a traditional Dalmatian cellar intended for socializing while enjoying local family products such as honey, olive oil, fruit brandies, jams ets. Next to the house there is a fireplace equipped with olive trees that are collected during maintenance of olive groves, and they give the food real Mediterranean flavor.On the first floor there is the living room, kitchen, dining room and toilette. From the dining room you can enjoy terrace with breathtaking views of sea and islands and you can also use the pool which will enrich your experience.When you want to go for a rest in the silence of the night, there are bedrooms on the second floor, one with a private bathroom and two with shared bathroom. Villa Amare is near the rustic village Kotišina (17th century), at a distance of about 120 meters and only 2.5 kilometers awayNOTE: This house have a breathtaking view but to get to see that view you have to cross a lot of stairs.Notes

    “Positiv: le jardin d'oliviers tout autour de la villa; la piscine et le contact avec les propriétaires. Negativ: une maison en construction juste à côté... Restaurant: Maká restaurant pizzeria – Ul. Ante Starčevića 21, 21300, Makarska - Excellentes pâtes maison, à recommander. Ausflüge: Visite du parc naturel de Biokovo - https://pp-biokovo.hr/en/20/home”

    “Geschmackvoll renovierte 2-Raum-WohnungHier hat jemand mit einfachen Mitteln die Wohnung modern gestaltet. Alles ist in weiß gehalten und wirkt dadurch hell und freundlich. Die Betten haben ordentlichen Liegekomfort, wenn gleich die durchgehende Bettdecke gewöhnungsbedürftig ist . Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Microwelle, genug Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen sowie 3 Sorten Kaffeemaschinen (XXX, Kaspel und Filter) gut ausgestattet. Eine Steckdose auf der Durchreiche wäre für die Microwelle noch schön, so muss man sie auf die andere Zeile rüberstellen oder ein Verlängerungskabel benutzen. Der Balkon ist recht groß und man schaut größtenteils über das Dach des gegenüberliegenden Gebäudes hinweg. Blick ins Tal klappt nicht, aber die Silhouette der Berge kann man von Balkon und Sofa aus genießen. Die Tiefgarage ist praktisch, sofern das Auto nicht zu hoch ist. Tipp an die Eigentümergemeinschaft: Denken Sie doch mal über einen Bewegungsmelder nach. Wenn man nicht schnell genug ist, steht man im Dunkeln und sucht den Lichtschalter.”
