Beautiful modern Villa offering perfect value for your money! Villa Laganini for 6 persons is self standing house in countryside offering a magnificent atmosphere for the relaxing careless holiday.

The villa is surrounded by a spacious (800m2) fenced garden and private swimming pool with sea water 30m2.

The interior of the villa is spacious and bright, tastefully and modern furnished, offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The exterior offers ample space for relaxation and cozy evening barbecue dinners. For the guests security, the villa has camera surveillance.

We recommend to visit the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life, crowded streets and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of the cultural summer festival held each year, with concerts, ballet, operas, film festivals etc.. For the nature lovers the following destinations are definitively worth a day trip: Nature park Cape Kamenjak - peninsula of Kamenjak, a wonder of nature’s architecture, is situated at the South of Istria, near to a site called Premantura. National park Brijuni, with its natural, cultural and historical heritage, is another attractive site in the region. Children will certainly be challenged to visit adrenalin park Glavani ( 9km from the house), otherwise the sea world presented in the Pula Aquarium, or aqua park in Novigrad.

    “Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es ist rund 3 Jahre alt, in einem hervorragenden und neuwertigen Zustand. Es gibt einen großen Wohn-Essbereich mit einer Küche (Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombination und einem Sandwichmaker). Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gibt Geschirr und Kochgeschirr, es fehlt im Prinzip nichts. Dazu gibt es drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher mit Satelliten-TV. Im Haus gibt es auch einen WLAN-Router.
    Die Terrasse ist toll, es gibt Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, einen großen Tisch und natürlich den Pool. Diesen haben wir wirklich jeden Tag ausführlich genossen. Es gibt auch einen Fitneßraum und einen großen Steingrill mit Holzkohle zum Grillen.

    Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind super-nett, sie kümmern sich wirklich um alles. Die Eigentümerin spricht auch sehr gut deutsch. Als wir ankamen, erwarteten sie uns bereits, sie hatten etwas zu essen gemacht, es war etwas Brot, Käse und Fisch und ein paar Getränke da. Sie haben uns alles erklärt, auch viele Informationen zu der Umgebung gegeben. Im Haus gibt es zusätzlich ganz viel Informationsmaterial zu Istrien und der näheren Umgebung.”
