At 265 square meters, Villa Santi offers a romantic holiday atmosphere. The Villa Santi is built like a small castle with two charming towers. Between the two porches there is a shady alcove with garden furniture. A terrace roof made of wooden beams provides light shade and underlines the stately look. To the right and left of the indentation patio doors lead either to the wellness oasis or to the open living, dining and kitchen area, which receives its guests bright and friendly. Immediately the rustic stove comes to mind, which fits into the corner. On the beige sofa beds you can relax with a good book or a glass of wine. Right next to it is the spacious dining area, which offers seating for 14 people. In the exclusive corner kitchen, guests have everything they need to serve something tasty. A raised oven plus microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker and extra refrigerator, as well as extensive kitchen equipment are provided. The Villa Santi is rich in contrasts: in the living area there is a cream-colored tiled floor, which was set off with brown mosaic ornaments. The tasteful details and decorations will inspire you. Brown roof beams and beige walls and curtains, as well as the rustic, dark furniture underline the warm and cozy country house atmosphere.

In the wellness area it can be wonderfully relaxing

For sports enthusiasts and gourmets there is a small wellness area, which is equipped with a fitness corner, Finnish sauna and comfortable Jacuzzi. An LCD TV provides the appropriate entertainment. The five bedrooms, which are located upstairs, are also nice for dreaming. Equipped with warm wooden floor and massive furniture, they radiate security. A wonderful place to relax. Each bedroom has access to a private bathroom, which takes up the rustic country house theme and is furnished with designer bathroom furniture and high-quality fittings. Each bathroom has either a bath or a walk-in luxury shower.

Somewhat elevated is the Villa Santi. From the terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding green forests. Cool off in your private pool and enjoy relaxing hours of sunshine on the comfortable sun loungers. A lot of space donates the surrounding wooden terrace, so that each guest finds his favorite spot. After an extensive sunbathing, spend carefree evening hours with a wonderful barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. Fully covered, the 45 square meter terrace provides ample shade and protection in all weather conditions. As in the indoor area was set here on massive, high-quality furniture. At the large table for a total of ten people, you can end the evening. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is a small library and a selection of fine wines.
