Holiday Apartment in Fažana with Private Parking

House is located in Valbandon, peaceful family villas resort, 1 km distanced from the beautiful local beaches, beach bars, sport and recreation... Two kilometers further there is Fažana, picturesque fishermen town, with plenty of street events during summer months, delicious restaurants and nice walking promenade along the sea. It is known by spontaneous and relaxed life style and hospitality. It is starting point for the excursion to the marvelous archipelago of Brijuni national park, which is an oasis of the magnificent harmony between man, animal and plant life. The cultural center of the region, 3000 yrs old town Pula with its vivid streets, historical monuments, open market and summer concerts is 7 km distant from the apartment. Vicinity of the grocery store, pebble beach and beach bars, selection of the nearby restaurants and easy going atmosphere make this house perfect for the relaxed summer vacation.

    “Hallo,
    Die Vermieter waren nicht sehr gastfreundlich und haben in ihrer Wohnung über der Ferienunterkunft keine Rücksicht auf ihre Gäste genommen. (Lautstärke)
    Die Unterkunft selber war nicht berauschend/empfehlenswert.
    -Terrassenmöbel waren teilweise defekt
    -die Sitzauflagen dreckig
    -Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht wirklich / Wanne + Waschtisch stark abgenutzt
    -sämtliche Fenster und einige Fensterläden funktionierten nicht einwandfrei
    -Ausstattung Küche lies viele Wünsche offen
    -gut war lediglich das große Schlafzimmers und die Wohnstube bis eben auf die Fenster

    “Negativ: Duschvorhang / Duschabtrennung.
    Nach jedem Duschen konnte man das Badezimmer wischen da dieser an der Badewanne nicht vorhandenen ist.”

    “Preis Leistung war gut. Ausstattung gut. In ca. 15 Minuten gemütlich zum Strand laufen. Die Stadt Fazana ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar, entlang der Strandpromenade. Fußläufig erreicht man auch sehr gut ein Geschäft für den täglichen Einkauf inklusive Bäcker. Restaurants sind auch gut erreichbar.”
