This beautiful and spacious family house is surrounded by olive trees on the outskirts of Vodnjan. The quiet that await you are ideal for a relaxed holiday. The house is ideal for a family with children, as it offers plenty of space and a large garden. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and has a large and open dining room and living room with open kitchen. From the dining room, a large hallway leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms to the fitness room. The large bedroom has a 180/200 double bed and its own bathroom. If necessary, a cot can be added. This room features a TV with satellite channels. One of the front bedrooms has two single beds and the third bedroom has a 160/200 double bed. All rooms have ample closet space for your belongings. The double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, and 160/200 the single beds 90 x 200 cm. The main bathroom is modern and offers a bathroom, a shower and a washing machine. It is close to the bedrooms. The second bathroom is in the large bedroom and offers a bathroom and a shower. The kitchen provides all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment. The dining room has a large round wood table in briar with six chairs and the kitchen table has two chairs. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player, CD player, well-stocked library, games (Nintendo Wii) and games for children. The fitness room features a home trainer, a treadmill, fitness equipment with weights and a stepped machine. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house and in the garden. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, the living room and the fitness room, and another air conditioning in the bedrooms. The covered terrace of about 35m² has a brick barbecue, a large table with six chairs. The house is surrounded by about 2500m² of land with 500 olive trees and is the ideal place to relax. In the morning drinking a coffee with the sound of crickets and the bird will be the right tune for the ears. The house is surrounded by greenery.The house has a parking space sufficient for at least four cars from here two covered parking lots The extended site is fenced. In the garden you will find the swings with a roller-thrower, a trampoline and a net for playing badminton. The garden is surrounded by trees so there is always a bit of air and shadow.

    “Uns hat es in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Gut gelegen mit schattigem großen Balkon und funktionierender Klimaanlage. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern. Das Wohnzimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster, sonst ist alles gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett, es gab Häppchen zur Begrüßung gute Tipps zur Umgebung und immer ein freundliches Lachen.
