Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Villaviertel, wo im Erdgeschoss ein Appartement zu vermieten ist. Das Appartement besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen und einem Wohnzimmer mit sog. amerikanischer Küche, wo auch weitere 2 Personen untergebracht werden können.
