Die zu vermietenden Apartments befinden sich in einer kleinen Villa in der Località Boncore, in einem charmanten, grünen und sonnigen Ort, umgeben von einem schönen privaten Garten, der durch seine strategische Lage als geschützter Meeresbereich von Porto Cesareo mit seinen 17 km langen goldenen Stränden ca. 1 km vom Meer entfernt.


Wir haben sechs Wohnungen, vier von je 50 Quadratmetern mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische, Bad, Möglichkeit zum Essen im Freien, unabhängiger Garten und privater Parkplatz.


Wir können zwei bis maximal 5 Betten unterbringen; und zwei Penthäuser von 30 Quadratmetern mit Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile und großer Terrasse mit Pavillon.


Die Wohnungen sind mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Es ist ein Wohngebiet mit mehreren unabhängigen Villen in der Umgebung und genießt daher eine besondere Ruhe.


Einen Steinwurf von der Stadt entfernt, wo Sie jeden Service in Anspruch nehmen können.
