Poggio alla Cavalla Tourist Farm is situated in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany near Florence, on the slopes of Montalbano, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birth town of Leonardo.The privileged geographical location of the tourist farm makes it possible to go on convenient day trips to tourism and culture centres and Tuscan cities of art: Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterrra, Pisa, Lucca and the sea of Versilia, Pistoia, Arezzo e Cortona.The apartments is surrounded by a garden, where there is a swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace and with private parking.The apartment it is located on the ground floor, measure approx 42 sqm, has 1 doublebedroom and in the living room a sofa bed 2 places, it can accommodate up to 5 people (2 + 3).It has a separate entrance, central heating, air conditioning, TV, DVD, Internet FreeWifi.Inside of the apartment there are :- a kitchenette (cooker with 4 gas rings, a electric oven, a dishwasher, a sink, a fridge-freezer), complete with cookware and all utensils, set of dishes and glasses set for 6 guests, table with chairs, table with chairs, (tablecloth and kitchen linen); in the daytime area a double sofa bed.     “Appartement plus petit que prévu, ne correspond pas aux photos proposées sur le site, 30m2 au lieu des 42m2 annoncés.
    Equipement minimum, pas possible d'être à plus de 4 et c'est serré. Pas de plongeoir ni de gazebo à la piscine.
    La climatisation uniquement dans la pièce cuisine-séjour mais pas dans la chambre parentale. Positiv: L'emplacement, les alentours, le village avec tous ce qu'il faut Negativ: Appartement plus petit qu'annoncé, équipement minimum, pas de saladier par exemple.”

    “Sehr sauber, alles notwendige vorhanden und funktionsfähig, sehr netter Vermieter, leckere Weine und Olivenöl aus eigenem Bio-Anbau.”
