The villa is located in the small harbour town of Villajoyosa, a historic town on the Spanish Costa Blanca. It is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and the colourfully painted houses directly on the coast. Stroll through the old town, over the markets with specialities from the region and past the 125-year-old chocolate factory with adjacent museum.

The clean, modern interior offers a wonderfully relaxing living area with a fireplace that lets in plenty of natural light when you open the eye-catching shuttered windows. You have a large, comfortable sofa, satellite TV and Wi-Fi to relax at any time of the day.

This area is part of a split-level open-plan space, so it's just a step down to the beautiful dining area, which can seat up to 12 people at its massive wooden table and has direct access to the terrace. The large, light cream kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

The three double bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have double beds for a super comfortable night's sleep. They are complemented by three stunning bathrooms that are as stylish as the rest of the house.
