Villa Levante has a swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace and garden area. There are open-air dining facilities and a covered outside seating area. It is equipped with a master bedroom with sea view, en-suite bathroom, and terrace. Two additional bedrooms, one of it with direct access to the swimming pool – outside area. All bedrooms with double beds. There is an equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, small oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. Furthermore, the villa offers a spacious dining room with access to the upper terrace and a cosy lounge
with replace.
It is a Villa with very welcoming outdoor spaces, a central semi-circular swimming pool with sun loungers, parasol and several deckchairs, as well as a barbecue very close to the pool, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
Villa Levante is located in the exclusive Montiboli area, which is part of Villajoyosa’s small Fishermen’s Village situated in the Costa Blanca.
