Country charm with a touch of luxury:
This is one of 3 apartments in a historical Thurgau farmhouse. It is on the top floor (2nd, no elevator), with views over the village and when the weather allows you can see the mountains in the distance. The other two apartments on the ground and 1st floor are rented to long-term tenants. The building is quiet, clean and well kept.

This 2-bedroom apartment is furnished with all the modern comfort expected by the savvy traveler. It has a perfect mix of traditional and modern, contemporary design. Its vaulted ceilings and open floor plan give this place a spacy but cozy feeling. High-speed Wi Fi is included in the price. The whole apartment has heating with thermostat to keep you warm in the cold season. There is a dining space next to the kitchen with a dining table and four chairs.

PARKING AND OUTSIDE SPACE
There is parking in front of the house included in the price.
The bus station (Postauto) is just steps away and busses go hourly in each direction either to Weinfelden or Ermatingen. The closest grocery stores are a 10 minutes drive. The area is very safe.

HOUSE RULES
Strictly no smoking in the apartment. A small pet up to 8 kg (16lb) allowed. Please be quiet after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m.. Please handle everything in the apartment with care. We have furnished and decorated with love and attention to detail and like for all our guests to enjoy in best condition. 

The property manager lives on location and is available for questions or if you need help.

    “War eine ganz schöne Woche mit der Familie. Tolle Tagesausflüge und am Abend fühlte man sich in der Wohnung Pudelwohl. :-) Positiv: In einem kleinen Dorf gelegen und trotzdem alles einfach und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
    Sehr nette & hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Negativ: -- Ausflüge: Connyland, Sealife, Kreuzlingen, Konstanz - Ideal für Ausflüge mit der Familie.”

    “Positiv: Le calme de l'environnement, l'aménagement intérieur très pratique et soigné, le classeur informatif très utile, le rapport qualité-prix. Negativ: Il serait utile d'installer des moustiquaires à certaines fenêtres pour pouvoir ouvrir sans engendrer une invasion de moustiques.”

    “Es ist eine sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist. Optimale Lage. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, in der näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung gibt es viele interessante Orte, Ortschaften, Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten etc. Negativ: Schade, dass, entgegen der Ausschreibung, keine Möglichkeit vorhanden war, sich mit einem Liegestuhl in den Garten zu setzen. Gartenmitbenutzung war nicht möglich.”

    “schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Positiv: heimelig eingerichtete Wohnung mit gut ausgestateter Küche. Negativ: bei geöffnetem Fenster waren Gerräusche der vorbeifahrenden Autos am frühen Morgen störend. Restaurant: Fischerhaus in Kreuzlingen - schöne Terasse direkt am See. Leckerer Fisch und nette Bedienung. Ausflüge: Kartause Ittingen - schöne Klosteranlage mit wunderschönem Garten und Rebberg.”
