Das gemütliche Studio eignet sich perfekt für 2 Personen. Doppelbett. Das Studio enthält eine völlig ausgestatete Küche, modernes Bad.
Im Parterre hat es einen Kasten mit Fondue Geschirr und Racletteofen.
Direkter Zugang auf 5 min. Fussweg zur Talabfahrt Tannenheim. Sie brauchen die ganze Woche kein Auto. Unvergleichliche Aussicht auf die Churfirsten und die Bündner Herrschaft.
Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz. Während den Wintermonaten werden oft Schneeketten benötigt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich bei den Bergbahnen Flumserberg. Von dort sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten (bergauf) bis zum Chalet.
Im selben Haus ist noch eine grössere Wohnung (3.5 Zimmer + Gallerie) zu vermieten (sehen Sie Objektnummer 648121). Dies ist vorallem für grössere Gruppen geeignet (max. 10 Pers.).
Achtung: Schlussreinigung (CHF 90.00) und Bettwäsche (pro Pers. CHF 15.00) ist obligatorisch. Der Betrag ist noch nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen und ist separat bei Wohnungsübergabe in bar zu begleichen.
