Im unteren Wohnbereich befinden sich ein Bad, die offene Küche und ein gemütlicher Wohn- und Essbereich. Über die Treppe erreicht man das Schlafzimmer in der offenen Galerie. Beim Zugang zur Wohnung im Innenhof gibt es eine kleine Veranda mit einer Sitzbank zum Verweilen.

Die Zufahrt zum Appartement zum Ein- / Ausladen ist leider nicht möglich. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im öffentlichen Parkhaus nur 200m entfernt gegen Gebühr. Die berühmte Piazza Giuseppe Motta und der See (Lago Maggiore) sind in nur 250m zu Fuss einfach zu erreichen.

Bezüglich Parkplatz ist spezifiziert, dass es sich um einen öffentlichen Parkplatz handelt. Die Gebühren sind leider in Ascona sehr hoch. Beide Punkte, "Veranda" und "Parkplatz / öffentlich" lassen sich leider auf der e-Domizil Webseite nicht genauer spezifizieren. Danke für das Verständnis.”
