Grosszügig gestaltete, helle und gemütliche 3.5-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung, welche im Herbst 2015 komplett saniert wurde. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Berninagebierge. Die Langlaufloipe sowie Wander- und Velowege befinden sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus.
Die Bushaltestelle "Pontresina Godin" mit Verbindungen in alle Teile des Engadins ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (50m). Den Gästen steht eine abschliessbare Garage für das Auto zur Verfügung. Die komplette Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist neuwertig und mit einem Hauch Alpenchic.
