We rent our beautiful and well maintained 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which you can comfortably reach by lift. The 2005 completely remodeled house is located in a quiet location right on the edge of the forest, 300 meters below the Corvatschbahn and offers south view. In addition to comfortable seating, the living / dining room has a new TV with satellite channels (2018), DVD and a music system. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: ceramic hob and oven and Nespresso capsule machine were newly installed in the summer of 2018. There is also a big refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a fume hood and a microwave. In addition to a large selection of place settings and cooking / baking dishes, a raclette oven, fondue dishes, egg cookers and other kitchen utensils are also available. The cozy double room offers a balcony with a picturesque view over the rooftops of Surlej towards Julier and the lake of Champfer. The second bedroom is conveniently furnished with 2x2 very comfortable folding bunk beds including individual lighting and plenty of storage space for clothes. Depending on the occupancy, the number of beds used can be freely selected. The bright and friendly bathroom has a shower, washing facilities and toilet. The whole apartment is designed with a dark oak parquet. On the ground floor you will find your double garage with direct access, the ski room, a free-use washing machine and a tumble dryer. Since the house has only four apartments, there is no special wash plan.
