Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche (Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination und Spülmaschine),Dusche mit WC, 2.WC extra, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 1 bequemes,großes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer,Schwedenofen, Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, CD-Radio, SAT-TV mit großer Senderauswahl, DVD-Player sowie einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Die Wohnung ist durchgehen mit einem hellen Fließenboden ausgestattet.
