The apartment is located on the edge of Andermatt. Andermatt is an upcoming summer and winter destination in the heart of Switzerland. Andermatt is just a 90-minute drive from Zurich or Milan. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building and from the balcony you have a view of the Urschner mountains. The apartment consists of 3 1/2 rooms on a total of 85 m2. A spacious living room with an open kitchen invites you to linger. The kitchen itself is modern and offers every comfort. The bathroom has a bubble bath with rainforest shower, which (in combination with the apartment's own infrared sauna) invites you to relax after a cold day's skiing or a strenuous bike ride. Four people can easily find space, for a fifth person is a comfortable mattress available. Andermatt has become well-known through the promotion by the Egyptian investor Samih Sawiris.

    “Alles in allem tadelloses Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Restaurant: Sonne, Andermatt - Altes, aber gemütliches traditionelles Restaurant mit feinem Essen Ausflüge: Gotthard- Oberalp- und Furkagebiet - Alle diese Gebiete sind einmalig schön!”

    “Uns hat die Woche in dieser Wohnung sehr viel Erholung gebracht. Positiv: Wir hatten noch nie eine Sauna im Schlafzimmer Negativ: Ein Depot der Skischuhe im Skikeller (vielleicht sogar mit Heizung) wäre noch als Idee für eine Verbesserung”

    “Nous avons été assez surpris du caractère urbain du quartier où se situe le lieu de séjour. Si l'immeuble est relativement bien placé à proximité des divers services qu'offre la ville ,il est difficile de s'imaginer de faire un séjour touristique. Le confort et les équipements de l'appartement sont bien adaptés pour le séjour d'une famille. Moins pour des personnes souhaitant un certain calme après une bonne randonnée en montagne. Positiv: La situation de l'immeuble dans la région proche du centre de la ville et de la gare et des différentes possibilités de découvrir des balades alpines. Aussi les bons équipements à disposition dans l'appartement et la cuisine. Negativ: L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble ,avec un voisinage bruyant, le train et une route assez fréquentée sur les axes alpins.”

    “Die Wohnung ist in einem normalen Mietshaus gelegen. Es scheint, dass die Wohnung, wenn sie nicht von Feriengästen gemietet ist, als normale Wohnung des Vermieters genutzt wird. Daher ist die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet und v.a. die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Die Sauna war leider außer Betrieb. Positiv: Voll ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi. Negativ: Kein WiFi.”
