The cozy 3-room apartment with balcony is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station - and about 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Davos. For a maximum of 4 people (2 adults/2 chidren).
It takes around 5 minutes to walk to the next valley station. In the immediate vicinity there are also shops, cross-country trails, walking and hiking trails, bike trails, golf course and spa park with children's playground.
 
An indoor pool with sauna is located in the house itself and can be used free of charge (saisonal).
 
The 3-room apartment (62m2) is fully furnished and has a small children's room with cabins and a parent room with 2 beds. The living and dining room is bright and equipped with a dining table, a sofa-bed and a TV (including Netflix). The small, simple kitchen is open and has a urner stove, a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub. The whole apartment is equipped with wireless.

An underground parking space for a for a medium-sized car is included. The car park (located on a mobile platform) is suitable for vehicles of maximum 4.5m length, 1.8m width and 1.8m height.
 
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (balcony allowed).


City and landscape in one, that is the unique thing about Davos. The picturesque Lake Davos is right next to it. And all around the carefully cultivated cultural landscape.
 
Davos is a popular holiday resort for sports, relaxation, culture and encounters.

    “Zu teuer Positiv: Gute Lage, Hallenbad, Einrichtung, Ausstattung Küche Negativ: Sehr kleine und enge Küche, 2. Schlafzimmer wie eine Abstellkammer…, Garagenplatz - wir konnten unser Auto nicht parkieren, du zu wenig hoch - darauf wird in der Ausschreibung nicht hingewiesen, ein Aussen-PP konnte im Vorfeld nicht garantiert werden, preis für Wohnung für die Grösse eine Frechheit, nur 1 Schlüssel Empfehlung: Couples - Wohnung zu klein für Familie, ausser die Kinder sind noch klein”

    L'accès à la piscine.
    La disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôtesse.Negativ: Il nous a juste manqué un mixeur pour préparer une soupe mais le reste de l'aménagement de la cuisine est fonctionnel et pratique.
