This vacation home is located on the Solana resort, a wonderful new gated resort just off US27 and just twelve minutes away from Disney World. Orlando's other main attractions are around a half-hour's drive away.
It offers guests free use of a wide range of on-resort amenities, including: clubhouse with fitness room and gym, spa, sundry shop and concierge service; resort swimming pool and tiki bar; 18-hole mini golf course; sand volleyball court; soccer pitch; and “tot lot” (children's play area).
Local shops, restaurants and other amenities can be reached within a ten-minute drive. The nearby ChampionsGate shopping village has a bank, restaurants and a Publix supermarket. The Posner Park Retail Park has shops and restaurants and a cinema. Highway 192, with its tourist-friendly dinner shows, shops and restaurants, is around fifteen minutes' drive.
Because of your proximity to the I-4, you're also well placed at Solana to explore the wider Central Florida area, including: horse trekking, local wineries, regional and State Parks such as the beautiful Lake Louisa State Park, airboat tours, Legoland, Busch Gardens, the Space Coast and Atlantic Coast beaches, and the Gulf Coast beaches.

LIVING SPACE
This vacation home is a two-storey property and at the rear features a stunning double-height family room with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV with cable. Just off the lounge is a small home office space with a desk and chair. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. Here you will find a breakfast bar and a small informal dining table overlooking the pool deck. There is a more formal dining table at the front of the villa.
BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom is downstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst the third bedroom also has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both twin rooms (one twin is downstairs) and have been decorated and furnished in a style to suit any guests. For added convenience, each bedroom has its own television.

1. Family bathroom near to bedrooms 2 and 5 with shower over bath, sink and WC.
